16px;">近年来，一些面向中小学生举办的非学历培训机构（以下简称校外培训机构，培训范围以学历教育相关课程或者考试科目为培训内容的中小学课程辅导、外语培训、专业艺术院校招考科目辅导类培训机构），违背教育规律和青少年成</span><span style="font-size: 16px;">长发展规律，影响了学校正常的教育教学秩序，造成学生课外负担过重，增加了家庭经济负担，社会反响强烈。根据《重庆市教委市市场监管局关于深入开展校外培训机构专项治理行动的通知》（渝教民发〔2020〕3号）要求，我县正深入开展校外培训机构专项治理行动，治理重点是校外培训机构场地是否符合安全标准；校外培训机构是否取得办学许可证和营业执照（事业单位法人证书、民办非企业单位登记证书），如未张贴办学许可证和营业执照属于非法办学；校外培训机构开展培训的班次、内容、招生对象、上课时间、收费标准、任课教师信息等是否向县教委审核备案和向社会公布；校外培训机构（主要指语文、数学、外语等）是否出现“超纲教学”“提前教学”“强化应试”、违规组织中小学生等级考试及竞赛；是否存在中小学校将校外培训机构培训结果与招生入学挂钩、不遵守教学计划、“非零起点教学”；是否有中小学教师自行组织或参与校外培训机构培训辅导、课上不讲课后到校外培训机构讲，并诱导或逼迫学生参加校外培训机构培训等行为。</span></p><section 16px;">一是树立正确教育观念，理性看待参加校外培训的作用，尽量不要给孩子增加学校教育以外的学习任务，应尽可能给孩子们多一点休息时间，让孩子健康、快乐成长。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二是谨慎选择培训机构，如果家长和学生确有教育培训需求，选择时要仔细了解培训机构是否取得了《民办学校办学许可证》和《营业执照》，培训内容是否营业执照登记范围；是否存在安全隐患；是否年检合格；收费是否备案公示；是否存在无证经营，虚假宣传，跨学期、跨学年收费，价高质低等现象，并依法签订培训合同。</span></section><section style="text-indent:
